From its humble, modest beginnings to its explosive impact of converting thousands of former Muslims to Jesus Christ in just six years, Nu Numan International Ministry bears God’s unmistakable fingerprints.
Nu Numan’s 80 full-time pastors, comprised of both men and women—each a former Muslim— focus on reaching the 95% Muslim population in Arsi and Bale, located in the southern region of Ethiopia. With cultural sensitivity and passion, we take the Gospel of Jesus Christ to these people groups unreached by the traditional Christian church. Our holistic and contextual approach has proven to be both respectful and effective in sharing the message of God’s kingdom with these closed communities. So far, we have planted 226 house churches in this region to help new believers walk in the fullness of the truth of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Our mission field is ripe as we look to the future, but our resources are limited. With a clear vision to claim southern Ethiopia for Christ and our committed team of pastors, we are positioned to reach thousands more with the Gospel, but we cannot do it without you.
