Empowering them to discover and pursue microbusiness opportunities that

align with their unique passions and skills, enabling them to support themselves and their children with dignity.

Through this holistic approach, we seek to break cycles of poverty and exploitation by equipping women to build sustainable futures for themselves and their families. This may come in the form of necessary equipment, required training, rental space, or a combination of all three.

More than material help, spiritual renewal is at the heart of what we do. We invite every woman and child we serve into a journey of faith through daily Bible study, prayer, and fellowship. Presently, we have three group Bible studies (Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays). We have witnessed God’s Word bring healing, hope, and lasting transformation to lives once marked by pain.

God’s Love in Action is committed to transforming the lives of women, primarily single mothers and grandmothers, living in the darkest slums of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Our strategy is to offer these women an alternative to survival sex work by:
