Solar Bibles

We're excited to introduce one of our latest GLIA initiatives: solar Bibles. Recognizing the challenges many of our clients face because they cannot read or write but deeply desire to learn God’s Word, we have taken steps to make the Scriptures more accessible. Recently, we ordered and received six solar Bibles in the Amharic language from Faith Comes By Hearing. These devices are powered by sunlight, making them especially practical for communities with limited access to electricity.

We are currently arranging to ship these solar Bibles to Ethiopia, where we will distribute them to women in our ministry. The hope is that, through this technology, God’s message of love and hope will reach even more hearts, regardless of literacy levels. This project marks an important step in our ongoing mission to empower women and spread the Gospel in meaningful, accessible ways.
